        HOW TO LOOSE YOUR BELLY FAT IN 15 DAYS



IN OUR LIFE WE CAN NOT TAKE OUT SOME TIME FOR EXERCISE  AND IF YOU DO NOT TAKE A PROPER DIET ....... THEN WHAT WE CAN DO IN OUR BUSY SCHEDULED LIFE THAT WE LOOSE OUR STUBBORN BELLY FAT!!!!!!!!!!
SOME TRICKS ARE GIVEN BELOW.....

1.TRUST ON YOURSELF :- That now you are doing something better for you. Just  stay positive DONT GIVE UP & CONTROL YOUR URGS & YOU WILL DO GOOD.

2 Have Patience : - Nothing is impossible  but  MIRACLE  happens only when u get consistence with your workout and diet routine.

3.Morning Drink:-When you wake up take green tea  or Luke warm water  with honey or lemon.

4.Breakfast:-Morning breakfast is must that gives you energy for entire day.DO NOT SKIP IT . 

5. Make an effort to consume  high fiber food as flax seed, Avocados ,Legumes ,Chia seeds, Oats, Daliya


6.Dont Drink Alcohol: - it is seriously harmful if you drink too much.

7.Eat a high protein diet:- Protein is  an nutritious for our body. Protein rise the metabolic rate and help to retain muscle mass during your weight loose journey. You can add in your food rich protein - Paneer ,Eggs, Fish , Meat,sea food, spinach.



8.Reduce Your Stress Level:- Stress is one of the reason to gain belly fats. So do what you like most,Music ,painting and outdoor games can be  best to keep you busy and remove from stress.

9.Do Zumba/ Aerobic Exercise:   cardio is the effective ways to burn belly fat. One  research found that postmenopausal women lost  more fate due to cardio exercise. Abs  exercise Like Crunches Squats{Sit -UP},cycling ,swimming can help to burn belly fat. Now days people interest in Zumba Dance in Gym . They feel happy , strong and healthy



10 Replace your cooking oil with coconut oil:- Change your life style replace your cooking oil with coconut oil  instead of others, cooking oil & olive oil may help reduce abdominal fat.

11.Avoid sugary Drinks:- Research shows, that cold drinks or other fruit juices  increase fat in the liver & increases insulin levels and can cause diabetes. Completely avoid cold drinks such as -soda, sweet tea, coca cola

12Get good sleep:- Sleep is very important  for overall health including weight. At least complete 8 hours sleep per night. A study shows, that people who don't get enough sleep they gain more weight

13.Eating Fish or taking Omega: -3 supplements may improve your overall health .Some evidence also suggest it may reduce belly fat  and overcome fatty liver disease.

14.Try Detox Diet once or twice a week. It is the effective ways to lose weight and belly fat.

16. Keep healthy food in case if you feel hungry:-it can help you  from eating something unhealthy .You can eat makhane, bhune chane ,fruits, nuts, baby carrots etc .

17.Eat Slowly:- Make your food plate small and eat slowly .Start chewing your food 32 times  ,it will beneficial for cutting down your calories and that will break down in many little pieces that will help in digestion.
