4.EXERCISE:- Exercise play  an important role while loosing weight . Daily spend at least 30 minute for your physical activity that keeps you healthy and strong. Brisk Walking is also a good exercise .

5.GET A GOOD NIGHT SLEEP:- " Early to bed early to rise".This is perfect phrase for every Success Mantra.Take a proper 8 hour sleep. It keeps you calm and can complete all your work early. Getting full hour sleep can also increase height of children (under 18).
