MAGICAL TRICKS TO LOOSE WEIGHT
Nowadays everyone is becoming a "COUCH-POTATO",but they wish to have a perfect,slim,toned and beautiful strong body. So, Are you looking for fit and flexible body?
If you are trying to loose weight...........
Then here are some STEPS THAT YOU MUST FOLLOW :-
1.WARM WATER:- Start your day with Morning Drink (Lemon Water , Jeera water & Apple Cider Vinegar etc). as it increase our metabolism rate .
Drink 10-12 glasses of warm water only. Even after a meal, Take a green tea or black coffee shot. Water maintain our body temperature levels as you knows our body made up 71% of water.
It also remove Toxins from our body.
2.BALANCED DIET:- Make sure you add foods which consists of PROTEINS,CARBS,VITAMINS AND FATS.
If possible eat only home-made food .If You are foodie like me then you can take Cheat Meal in every two weeks.
3.NO SUGAR:-Delete Sugar from your life as it leads to many disease like Obesity, diabetes,hypertension & tooth decay too .Gaining too much weight by eating sugary foods like cold drinks,cakes & pastries, cheese cakes ,ice creams and many more......
4.EXERCISE:- Exercise play an important role while loosing weight . Daily spend at least 30 minute for your physical activity that keeps you healthy and strong. Brisk Walking is also a good exercise .
If possible YOGA is the best for mental peace and its gives you Inner Strength.
5.GET A GOOD NIGHT SLEEP:- " Early to bed early to rise".This is perfect phrase for every Success Mantra.Take a proper 8 hour sleep. It keeps you calm and can complete all your work early. Getting full hour sleep can also increase height of children (under 18).
